Ordering & Payment
Orders placed through this web site MUST be prepaid by Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). If you would rather place your order directly with us by email or phone, these orders also must be paid for in full before any merchandise will be shipped. Orders shipped within Colorado are subject to appropriate sales taxes. Colorado tax exempt organizations should contact us directly regarding their orders and must supply a copy of their tax exempt certificate in order to avoid paying sales taxes. No sales tax is currently being charged for shipments outside of Colorado.
Custom and personalized orders are not returnable, unless the error is ours. Therefore, please double check all of your information for accuracy when placing an order for any custom or personalized items.
Our merchandise is sold on a satisfaction guaranteed basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us regarding returning it for replacement, credit or a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping, Handling and Insurance charge are not refundable. Again, custom and personalized items are not returnable, unless the error is ours. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance
In-stock items will generally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom and personalized items will generally take up to 5-10 business days to process and ship. Name badge orders could possibly take longer, depending upon the number of badges ordered. This schedule is dependent upon our being at our place of business at the time of receipt of the order. If we cannot ship your order with 30 days of the receipt of it, you will be notified accordingly. Please note that we do not receive or process orders, either from this web site or placed directly by email or phone, on weekends or holidays.
Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges cover a myriad of items such as handling, insurance (where applicable), shipping supplies, transportation, etc., and are not simply limited to the actual cost of the postage or shipping charge.
All foreign shipments may be subject to any applicable customs regulations and duties that may apply at the point of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
